Please, arrive at least 5 minutes earlier when having salon service and at least 15 minutes earlier for your spa service appointment in order to fill out necessary paperwork and to change for the session.
Being more than 10 minutes late might cause your treatment to be shortened from a service time or it can be automatically cancelled and scheduled for another customer.
Clients with more than 3 times ‘No Show’ history may be asked to prepay their future services.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or we reserve the right to charge 25% for the service that was scheduled.
Anyone accompanying you to your spa services is welcome to wait in the guest area.
Children under 12 years may not be left unattended in the Salon area.
Children under 12 years are not permitted in the Spa area.
Pets are not permitted in the salon by the law of the Ministry Of Health.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at Vanilla by Jelena.
For your convenience, showers are available for you to use before and/or after treatments. If you wish to shower in between treatments, please notify our receptionist scheduling your treatments to allow enough time for you to do so.
For Brazilian waxing service we provide intimate sanitizing wet napkins for your comfort. It is a part of our salon hygiene policy with all customers.
Good to Know
If you are receiving a body wrap, mineral bath or salt glow, do not shave or wax at least 8 hours prior to treatment.
After having a pedicure, we advise that you do not wear closed shoes for at least 24hours, as it can cause inflammation on your toes.
For the purpose of enjoying your treatment and not disrupting other clients, please turn your mobile phone off while in the spa.
Purchased packages, services or products are not refundable or exchangeable with other services or products. Packages must be used within 90 days, starting from the day of purchase.
Our receptionist will provide you with a copy of available privileged discounts for all services.
Promotions & Gift Vouchers
Privileged discounts are not applicable in both cases.
Gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services or products.
It cannot be replaced if lost or refunded if not used.
It cannot be combined with any discounts or promotions run by the salon.
Services Out of Working Hours
Our working hours are 7 days a week from 10AM to 8PM. In case you would like to book for an appointment earlier than 11 AM or later than 8 PM, you will be charged additional 50% on the total amount. Privileged discounts are not applicable out of our working hours.
Our Home Services cost double the in-store fee + transportation expenses. You will be charged the taxi fare from and back to the salon, or you can send a driver to pick up and drop off our technician. For all further information, please contact our Reception Desk.

Leaving gratuity is always up to your discretion.

Every AED 100 spent on any service generates 5 points
– Points validity – open date
– Points can be earned only by purchasing services
